A Little About Hearts and Paws

My name is Lisa Clemons and my family lives in Floyd VA. I have a wonderful husband, five children, three grandchildren, and amazing parents. The puppies and the little ones keep me busy. My father and my oldest daughter help with vet visits, cleaning, trips to the groomer, etc.  My younger children play with the puppies which is great for socialization. We are also fortunate to have a terrific transporter who can drive or fly our fur babies anywhere in the United States safely and happily. We started our journey  when my middle daughter was young and wanted a puppy but was allergic to most dogs. We began looking at goldendoodles and quickly learned there is a big difference in shedding, coat type, temperament, etc. I love genetics so I started to learn what I needed to do to bring puppies into the world for families with allergies. We also learned how important it is to do complete OFA and genetic testing for the health of the dogs.  We are very passionate about breeding healthy, beautiful dogs with outstanding temperaments. We have now expanded our program to include cavapoos. We have produced many service and therapy dogs.
